Neck strain

Imagine you get a sudden pain in your neck. This can be caused by many factors, such as holding your head in an awkward position while working, watching TV or reading, sleeping with a pillow that is too high, or stress. If someone feels a sudden pain in the neck the most important thing is to lie down leaving the neck straight and apply heat and cold at intervals. To prevent this from happening it is best to adopt good posture when we are at school or at home and avoid stress. Stretching your neck is also a good option.
